Apple Cider Vinegar is made up of apple juice to which yeast has been added. The next step is a fermenting process that converts the sugar in the apple juice into alcohol. After fermentation takes place, the bacteria present converts the alcohol into acetic acid. Through several generations, Apple Cider vinegar has been lauded for its variety of uses and benefits. While scientific studies to back such beliefs have remained elusive in the past, researchers have now found evidence of the uses for Apple Cider vinegar. Mother consists of proteins and vitamins, which are believed to be responsible for a number of health benefits. Vinegar can help one to lose weight. This is because when vinegar induces a feeling of being full. This results in one eating less, and as a result, there is a loss in body weight. Researchers studying obesity found that when Apple Cider Vinegar was consumed daily, it resulted in loss of weight as well as belly fat. 

Helps in the treatment of skin

Apple Cider Vinegar has been used in the past to treat skin problems, eczema, etc. Some people use a diluted form of Apple Cider Vinegar as a toner for their skin. This particular vinegar kills bacteria and prevents spots.
